In 2012 begonnen we als klantgerichte bank voor álle Nederlanders. Dat zijn we nog steeds. We merken wel dat we voor zzp’ers echt het verschil kunnen maken. Huisartswerkt.nl is an initiative founded by two sisters who started a recruitment and selection agency in general practice care over ten years ago. Through their conversations with assistants, practice nurses, and general practitioners, they discovered how rewarding and meaningful it is to work in this field — but also how many challenges GPs currently face, with staff shortages being one of the biggest. The sisters realized that a dedicated matching platform was needed to connect job seekers and employers more easily.

Voca and Huisartswerkt.nl share their knowledge and expertise with one another. This collaboration strengthens both organizations and fosters growth.
