Voca was founded in May 2021.

It originated in the healthcare sector, where the founders — Ron, Dennis, and Koos — saw the growing tension between flexibility and legal certainty. From that need, Voca developed into a compliance platform that enables freelancers and organizations to collaborate safely, transparently, and within the law, and has since expanded to other sectors such as education, IT, finance, HR, and sports.

 We believe that those who create value should also benefit from it. That’s why we found it fair to give 50% of the company to an association of which all freelancers become members. This association is called ZWiZ,*Zelfstandige Werkzaam in Zorg* (Independent Professionals Working in Healthcare). Which no longer only serves healthcare professionals.

We’re not completely free — but we are for the freelancers who work through the platform.

We charge organizations €2.50 per booked hour. This allows us to keep the platform running and continuously improve it.

Yes, there’s an Android and iOS app.

Working from a computer? No problem, you can access us through your web browser at app.vocazzp.nl.

Uploading documents to your profile can be done under the “Documents” section. Click the pencil icon to upload new files. Make sure to use PDF files for this feature.

With the scheduling feature, you can show when you’re available and for which shifts. The system then automatically checks for assignments that match your availability. If a healthcare organization posts an assignment that fits your profile, you’ll be instantly introduced to them.

The platform is free to use until a booking is confirmed. Once that happens, we charge €2.50 per booked hour. Posting assignments and searching for freelancers is completely free.

Yes, that’s possible. Each department, planner, HR representative, manager, or other authorized person can have their own login for the platform.

After getting in touch, we determine who within your organization should receive access to the platform. Once that’s set up, your profile can be completed in just a few clicks — allowing you to post assignments and search for freelancers right away. You’ll be up and running in no time!

Once your profile is fully completed, you’re ready to start working for the clients of your choice. Use the app to quickly and easily fill in and complete your profile.

Important: Please do not send us personal information or documents by email, such as your diploma, certificate of good conduct (VOG), or ID. This is not secure.

How to complete your profile

Under the “Profile” section, you’ll find your personal profile. Fill in as much information as possible accurately. The red bar at the top of your profile will show what still needs to be uploaded before your profile becomes visible.

Als zzp’er in de zorg en onderwijs kan je vrijgesteld zijn van btw. Je stuurt dan ook een factuur zonder btw. Let op, die is niet 0% btw. Hier zit een verschil tussen. Of je btw-vrijgesteld kan factureren ligt aan je SBI-code en de werkzaamheden.

Nee, niet namens de zzp’er. Als zzp’er stuur jij zelf een factuur aan de organisatie. Wel sturen wij een factuur voor de service fee van het platform aan de organisatie.

Privacy is een belangrijk punt en krijgt, terecht, steeds meer aandacht binnen en buiten de digitale wereld. Ook voor ons staat privacy hoog op de prioriteitenlijst. De wet AVG wordt nageleefd, en de website, het platform en de database voldoen aan de laatste eisen ten aanzien van beveiliging en codering.

Door middel van het verifiëren van zzp’ers en opdrachtgevers, voordat deze worden toegelaten tot het platform, houden we ook de controle over de data.

Zzp’ers hebben geen inzicht in elkaars profiel en uitsluitend aangesloten opdrachtgevers hebben toegang tot de gegevens van zzp’ers.

Welke encryptie gebruiken jullie voor alle bestanden? 
Bestanden zijn encrypted met AES-256-CBC, waarbij de salt, applicatie en file specifiek is.

Waar en hoe is de data opgeslagen? 
Het CMS (Content Management Systeem) draait op ISO gecertificeerde servers waar Voca de volledige controle over heeft. Systemen op de server zijn strikt van elkaar gescheiden op gebruiker-, file- en rechten niveau.

Allemaal ISO gecertificeerd?
Ja, de hosting partner waar de servers staan is ISO gecertificeerd.
