How does Voca work

Voca is a website and app where participants can enter and manage their own demand and availability. Upon the platform’s founding, 50% of Voca’s shares were placed in the hands of an association in which all participating freelancers are members.

It is a weighted membership model: the more a freelancer works through Voca, the larger their share becomes. In this way, Voca builds a reliable and motivated community. The value of Voca — and thus of the association itself — depends directly on the engagement of its freelancers.

The way we practice our profession is embedded in Voca’s very DNA through this chosen structure.
